Is Sagat overpowered?

After months since the game was released for the arcades, consoles and the PC, the words finally out (not that no one has noticed anyway) that Sagat (and Seth?) are a 'little' overpowered! Read "Capcom Admits to Overpowered Seth & Sagat in Street Fighter IV".

IMO, yes, Sagat is overpowered. His stats are phenomenal for a fighter of his class; high damage, high stamina, high stun and a very capable moveset, offset only by a slow speed and a lack of a damaging cross-over. Even his damn height could be called an advantage in screwing up the timing of your own cross-overs. But I think fighting Sagat is still bearable, and fighting against Sagat isn't an auto "lost cause" kinda fight for almost all characters. And its a challenge anyway; if you can beat a Sagat, you can pat yourself on the back coz you're of some caliber right?

What do you think of Sagat? Is he overpowered? Is he not? Are you a Sagat user? Do you use him coz you like to abuse his strength or because of how deep he is as a fighter? Post your opinions here!
