Sekisei Jiraiken - Good mix-up move, fast and hard to punish on block.

Strategy:
Oni is very strong on the offense with a multitude of good priority and frame advantage pokes and strong mix-up capability. His main attack pattern is to use his various versions of Rakan Dantojin to mix-up and combo into. Its critical to learn how to block or counter this move as most Oni's rely on this to deal massive amounts of damage. His Gohadouken doesn't go full screen though so that limits his long-range offensive capabilities somewhat.
Goshoryu also has amazing priority and pretty much covers Oni's defensive capabilities. However, this move can't be FADC-ed so baiting becomes a lot more effective in this match.
Notes:
- Block strings into Sekisei Jiraiken are common. Backdashes don't work if Oni uses the HK/EX version.
- Block strings into Rakan Dantojin are also one of Oni's best mix-ups. EX version will always cross-up, while HK version can cross-up at mid-range. Easy way to evade this is by jumping straight up when you see this move coming out (though you may be hit by the LK version).
